SHEER PANDEMONIUM!!!
Watch the Jackson Five tear it up back in 72. Check out Don Cornelious’ from Soul Train and his huge monster afro. The fans back then were crazy they almost rushed the stage lol. I’ve always wanted to be Michael Jackson…guess it will never happen lol. Until then check it out.
GNARLS REVIEW!!!
Performing with a full band and dressed like 50’s sock hop grease dance number participants, Gnarls Barkley stoped through the legendary snl stage last night.
The first number was “Run” and I have to say that the energy was definetly there. Cee-lo was screaming so hard that he bean to lose his voice but it was worth it because the band was into it and the music was on point. The second number was ‘Who’s Gonna Save My Soul”. This was a good performance because the conviction was there. Cee-lo sang as if he were about to take the escalator down to hell and Danger Mouse played with his head stuck in the piano as if he didn’t wanna hear his number called.
Overall it was a great performance…was it enough to be considered with the other classic snl performances? I’m not sure. As soon as it’s posted on youtube I got you.
