KANYE UPS RELEASE DATE!!!

(SOHH) Man this guy is always in the news. Kanye West announced on his blog today that he’s releasing his new album “808’s and Heartbreak” a month early in November instead of the original month of December. This x’s out any chance of a sales rematch with 50 Cent.

Mark my words. 50 is going to try to call Kanye out for being “scared” and no one will listen or even care. I can hear him with his mouth hardly open saying “I see dat ni**a Kanye was skayed to put his joint out on my joint and he tryna pop off GGGGGGGG-GUNIT!!!

I’m not a big fan of 50 anymore but I’m waiting for this Kanye album. We’ll see what happens.

McCAIN REQUEST TO PUSH DEBATE BACK!!!

(AP) Republican presidential candidate John McCain (R-IL) requested this afternoon to reschedule Friday’s much anticipated debate in order to come together in time of America’s economic crisis. “We must meet as Americans,” said McCain who will be returning to Washington Thursday to focus on the nations financial problems.

The two presidential nominees have been in talks over the last 24 hours to determine whether or not to move forward with the rescheduling of the debate.

“KANYE BECOMES A MUPPET”….

Mega superstar Kanye West may be starring in a new show on Comedy Central that is pretty much….Hip Hop meets the Muppets. The show, tentatively titled “Alligator Boots” would feature music produced and performed by West and fellow rapper Rhymefest, both of who are serving as executive producers along with Jimmy Kimmel on the pilot. Ideally, each episode would feature a new celebrity guest host.

(SOHH) According to New York’s Daily News, television executive Doug Herzog, known for helping bring “South Park,” “The Daily Show,” and “The Colbert Report” to the network, hinted at what Ye’s latest venture would offer. “We’re working on a pilot with Kanye,” he told the Daily News. “It’s going to be a black version of ‘The Muppets.’”

Reports from The Hollywood Reporter have also confirmed the project’s development, describing the pilot’s set-up as a 30-minute first-run for Comedy Central to consider going in to their 2009 programming.

Production for the pilot stems from Jackhole Productions, which is also responsible for the successful puppet-based show “Crank Yankers.” If picked up by the network, “Alligator Boots” would fall in to the network’s 2009 programming schedule.

G;’day listeners. It’s a slow news morning. Right now I’m listening to the Paris Tokyo remix and I have to say that I’m not impressed (yea not even with Q Tip on the remix). Because I think Lupe is cool I won’t dis the song too much but it was a waste of studio time….what can I say. Onto the news.

Diddy says no to “Green” party:

(NY Post) Rap mogul P. Diddy dogged a three million dollar lawsuit this morning when a judge ruled against a 28-year-old hedge fund money manager who was suing him and Vibe magazine for using her picture without permission. In other words some lady was tryna get paid cause she was caught topless at Diddy’s white party and Vibe threw the pic in on of their issues. Come on lady… If you don’t want to get photoed topless at a party there’s only one way to prevent that…don’t take your shirt off at a party (sounds pretty simple huh?).

The StarRoc is in the building”

(Vibe) Not as catchy as the last label, but Jay-Z is launching a new label called StarRoc records. The partnership with Stargate productions (get it?) is part of the much anticipated Live Nation deal that’s been going on for like…EVER. From what I hear he’s taking Rhianna and Neyo with him from Def Jam’s tight grip. Let’s see how good-a-friends him and Russel are after that deal goes through.

 

Where in the world is…Monica Lewinsky

(ABC) Did anyone else besides me watch Carmen Sadiego? I thought not. Finally in the news this morning (if that’s what you wanna call it), ABC recently did a special on Monica Lewinsky. Turns out homegirl is doing well for herself I mean after all…she was an intern in the white house back in 98…I wonder what happened? LOL.
