The Listener 2.0

New Kids On The Block (NKOTB for all my 80’s babies) released a new song today…well more like a snippet. Now I’ve always wanted to be in a boy band so I am a huge fan (and I’m not afraid to admit this) of the Jackson Five, NKOTB, N’Synh, and New Edition among others. So needless to say I was excited to hear about their comeback…which only seemed fitting since the Spice Girls had a very successful one.

Anyway when i clicked the play button on the link which provided the song I was ready to hear something new…and I did…and then I said…WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CRAP? The song was weak as a bish and I’m glad it was only 30 seconds. It sounded like a song from the 80’s that you would hear on a Cold Case re-run.

I hope they come better than this. Most of their fans are in their late 30’s but still loyal to the group so they’d better at least have some greatest hits on there. Or else…well I just don’t know. Shoutout to markie mark.

  1. I just finished listening to that young singer Nasri on MYSPACE and his music is so great. He is actually behind the NKOTB comeback. He wrote the song “ click click click ” and co-wrote “ summertime ” with Donnie. He also is working on some other songs with the group according to the NKOTB website. Here’s the link I found.

My Favorite song is “NOT THE SAME” (

Check his myspace and add him as a friend because he always replies back with a thank you. He’s really hot too!!
